Filmmaker Jagmohan Mundhra hasn't completely shelved his much-talked about project on Sonia Gandhi. In fact, it may take off soon and Mundhra still wants to rope in renowned Italian actress Monica Bellucci for the lead role. His film will account Sonia's life from when she was 18 till her rise as the high- profile leader of a political party. It will also deal with her relationship with husband Rajiv.
"Last time, Monica was ready to play Sonia. I don't know about her current commitments. But, I will get in touch with her as soon as I get a go-ahead from the Congress", filmmaker Jagmohan Mundhra said.

Katrina Kaif, Bollywood’s hottest female celebrity at the moment is in for a total role reversal. The hot and sexy actress is all set to underplay herself and is going to play a role modelled on Sonia Gandhi.

The movie titled Rajneeti will have Katrina Kaif play a woman politician and a role that is supposedly modelled on Congress Chief’s Sonia Gandhi.
